This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or send your registration form through www.bralton.co.uk (the “Site”).

Personal Information We Collect


The Company may collect personal information about employees, workers, contractors & job applicants in a variety of ways. It is collected during the recruitment process, either directly from you or from a third party. We may also collect personal information from other external third parties, such as references from former employers, information from background check providers, information from credit reference agencies and criminal record checks from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
We will also collect additional personal information throughout the period of your working relationship with us. This may be collected in the course of your work-related activities. Whilst some of the personal information you provide to us is mandatory and/or is a statutory or contractual requirement, some of it you may be asked to provide to us on a voluntary basis. We will inform you whether you are required to provide certain personal information to us or if you have a choice in this.
Your personal information may be stored in different places, including in your personnel file, in the Company’s HR management system, recruitment database and in other IT systems, such as the email system.
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally when you register or attempt to register through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including (as applicable): Your contact details, including your name, address, telephone number and personal email address. Your emergency contact details/next of kin. Your date of birth. Your gender. Your marital status. The start and end dates of your employment or engagement. Recruitment records; including personal information included in a CV, any application form, cover letter, interview notes, references, copies of proof of right to work in the UK documentation, copies of qualification certificates, copy of driving licence and other background check documentation. The terms and conditions of your employment or engagement (including your job title and working hours), as set out in a job offer letter, employment contract, written statement of employment particulars, contract for services, consultancy agreement, statements of changes to employment or engagement terms and related correspondence. Details of your skills, qualifications, experience and work history, both with previous employers and with the Company. Your professional memberships. Your salary, entitlement to benefits and pension information. Nour National Insurance number. Your bank account details, payroll records, tax code and tax status information. Any disciplinary, grievance and capability records, including investigation reports, collated evidence, minutes of hearings and appeal hearings, warning letters, performance improvement plans and related correspondence. Appraisals, including appraisal forms, performance reviews and ratings, targets and objectives set. Training records. Annual leave and other leave records, including details of the types of and reasons for leave being taken and related correspondence. Any termination of employment or engagement documentation, including resignation letters, dismissal letters, redundancy letters, minutes of meetings, settlement agreements and related correspondence. Information obtained through electronic means, such as swipe card or clocking-in card records. Information about your use of our IT systems, including usage of telephones, email and the Internet. Photographs.
The Company may also collect, use and process the following special categories of your personal information (as applicable): Information about your health, including any medical condition, whether you have a disability in respect of which the Company needs to make reasonable adjustments, sickness absence records (including details of the reasons for sickness absence being taken), medical reports and related correspondence. Information about your racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs and sexual orientation. Trade union membership. Information about criminal convictions and offences.
We refer to this information as “Registration Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Registration Information.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?


We will only use your personal information when the law allows us to. These are known as the legal bases for processing. We will use your personal information in one or more of the following circumstances: Where we need to do so to perform the employment contract, agency worker agreement, consultancy agreement or contract for services we have entered into with you. Where we need to comply with a legal obligation. Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party), and your interests or your fundamental rights and freedoms do not override our interests.
We use the Registration Information that we collect generally to fulfill further recruitment screening processes that we place through the Site (including processing your personal information, arranging for further interviewing process, and providing you with necessary information you will need to get approved for appropriate vacancy you applied).  Additionally, we use this Registration Information to communicate with you and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Sharing Your Personal Information


The information you provide will be used to:

-Send you details of relevant vacancies;
-Provide information to prospective employers;
-Provide anonymous statistical information relating to salaries and recruitment.
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We use Google Analytics to help us understand how you use the Site. As part of the recruitment process we may be required to pass on your information to third parties. By submitting your information to us you explicitly authorize us to do so. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that any information we pass to third parties is used solely for the purposes outlined within this policy and that it remains private at all times.
We may disclose your personal data to our insurers and/or professional advisers insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes of obtaining or maintaining insurance coverage, managing risks, obtaining professional advice, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure.
We may disclose to our suppliers or subcontractors as reasonably necessary for work finding services or payroll administration.
We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, a search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
All personal information you supply, either online or by any other means is held in secure conditions.  All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that third parties do not have unauthorised access to any stored information. Any personal information we hold on our database will be permanently removed should the individual so request. We will disclose information held if required to do so by law.

Behavioural Advertising

Data Retention


When you register through the Site, we will maintain your Registration Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Changes


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
